What is your customer service guarantee?
We will respond to any questions or concerns you have within 24 hours or less. Reaching us is as easy as filling in our “contact us” form or sending an email to customerservice@affordii.com.
How long are shipping times?
Shipping times are quoted at checkout.
Can I track my order?
In almost all cases, as soon as your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number that will let you keep tabs of where your order is at all times.
In some cases your tracking number may not be available until it is received by your local mail service. If you’re ever concerned about your order, please don’t hesitate to send us a message.
Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?
All purchases made with Affordii are 100% safe and secure. Our website is SSL encrypted, and all Credit Card payments are processed by Shopify (the industry leader in online payment processing). We never store any Credit Card information and will never share your personal information with anyone else.
What happens if there is an issue with the product?
Online shopping should be fun and stress free. If for any reason at all, you didn’t get the exact product you expected, just let us know and we will happily get you a new one or refund your purchase.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
Instead of returning items, you can contact us for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your item.
Why? Returns run counter to our emphasis on sustainability: every return has a carbon footprint. So just share with us what went wrong and we’ll send you a refund. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, please contact us as soon as possible if you’ve changed your mind on a purchase.
